PROFITS – A consultant for many leading t-shirt retailers. He is the owner of Popular Threadz and a half dozen other clothing brands. He is the publisher of TeeBiz, a leading resource for designers, screen printers and brand owners. He is also the creator of TeeCraze, which categorizes daily the latest tees released. Profits resides in a castle overlooking a historic California gold mining town. When he is not designing, printing t-shirts and running his brands, he spends his time writing about the industry. You can read his ramblings at one of the top t-shirt blogs TeeRater. His articles also regularly appear in T-Shirt Magazine.

BRIAN COOK – A freelance illustrator and designer who grew up in Michigan and is currently residing in Portland, OR. His quirky illustration style was possibly best described as, Dr. Seuss meets Tim Burton. When he is not busy working on t-shirt designs or children’s book illustrations, he spends his time eating sushi, going to the zoo or writing in the third person. What kind of shirts do you print on?
We proudly use American Apparel Brand. They’re sweatshop-free, Made in America, and are the softest 100% ringspun cotton shirts around. The size chart for men’s t-shirts is here and the size chart for women’s t-shirts is here.

Do you give discounts?
We issue coupons and offer discounts and sales on a regular basis. They are announced through our email newsletter, twitter, myspace and facebook accounts. If you want to keep up with our newest products, sales and special offers you need to subscribe or follow us on these platforms by clicking the appropriate icon(s):

Do you recommend any specific washing instructions?
Designs will last the longest if shirts are machine-washed inside-out in cold water. Be sure to wash dark colors separately, and don’t iron the design or have the shirt dry cleaned! Also, hang drying the shirts is preferable, but not necessary.

Can I change my order?
If you find that you’ve made an error in the order, please contact us immediately using this form. We’ll do our best to correct the error. Orders that have already been processed cannot be changed. In this case you’ll have to send it back once you receive it. Unfortunately, in such case, we are unable to reimburse the shipping charges.

How long to orders take to ship?
Generally, orders can take 2-4 business days to ship from the warehouse. United States addresses can take 2-4 business days after that to receive. International locations can take 1-3 weeks to receive depending on the country’s customs.

How to I return a shirt?
If you’ve received the wrong product or the item is defective, you may choose to either be issued a store credit or to exchange it for a different item of equal value. Use the contact form and we will inform you how and where to send the return. If you need to exchange an item for a different size than you ordered you are responsible for the postage.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Through Paypal we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular Paypal account payments.
